ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for an experienced and versatile production artist to help with basic graphic design editing in photoshop and canvas, website updates and maintenance in elementor/wordpress. If you have development and technical experience beyond basic wordpress and/or elementor edits, it is preferred but not necessary.
Most importantly, you must be highly detail oriented and able to make edits and changes to graphic templates with precision.
This is ideally a full time position but we may be open to starting you part time with the opportunity to move into full time, if you have other responsibilities.
CORE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

– Update and revise graphic templates with multiple speaker and session details, keeping track of many revisions at once with detailed records
– Make updates to websites in wordpress using elementor
– Keep website plugins up to date along with other web maintenance tasks
– Create social media graphics from templates for a variety of brand styles
– Update and create blog post layouts and site pages
– Create presentations from templates and outlines
– Provide tech support for event attendees through chat and email
ADDITIONAL ROLES (preferred, yet not necessary)

Note: some of these tasks, you will learn at this position. If you already have experience in these areas it is a plus.
– Assist in setting up various virtual event software programs including agendas, breakout rooms and lounges, zoom, welcome pages, contests, branding, CNAME, etc.
– Help troubleshoot tech issues with event software
– Research tools to solve tech issues and that improve attendee experience
– Update and edit css, html and other dev code
– Not necessary, yet if you have experience with marketing automation and/or data it is a bonus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS

– Keep your project management space organized and up to date, while multi-tasking on a number of different projects.
– Document company procedures and help to update SOPs when needed
– Adapt to using ClickUp and other software tools that our team uses
– We will need you to be very detail-oriented and hyper-vigilant about deadlines
– Communicate clearly and don’t be afraid to ask questions when you don’t know something
– Make suggestions when you see room for improvement
ABOUT YOU & YOUR SKILLS:
For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful:
– 3+ years wordpess development and photoshop experience
– Managed multiple projects at the same time, ensuring timelines are met
– Helped keep project in scope
– Must be organized and resourceful, detail oriented
– Proficiency in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, etc)
– Stupendous communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Great English speaking and writing skills.
– Good grammar is a must-have.
– Ninja-like skills on the internet; ability to easily learn new software, understand their options and limitations
– Ability to run circles around the computer & troubleshoot issues!
– Your typing skills are at least 35 wpm.
– Writing, editing and formatting skills are a plus.
– A self-motivated, self-starter, self-assured, selfless attitude.
– Drive and urgency to complete many tasks on multiple projects per day.
– Be flexible and open to change.
