We’re a business consulting firm, working with large Plumbing & Electrical companies throughout New Zealand, Australia & North America.

We help business owners grow their businesses with sales & marketing, great systems, team, and financial strategies to get results fast.

Business is flying and we need your help to keep ahead of the game.

We’re a team of A+ players who love to get stuff done and learn the latest techniques (learning is an A1 priority for success in our business).

The purpose of your role is to assist the marketing team so we can generate more high-quality leads for our Million Dollar Tradie Coaching Program.

To do well in the role, you’ll need to get involved in a bunch of activities:

– Design and creating of images for Facebook and Instagram Adverts.
– Creating of Thumbnails for YouTube Videos.
– Creating of still images for video content (Tiktok, YouTube & Podcast)
– Updating our website with new visuals for blogs etc.
– Creating guides and brochures.
– Creating visually appealing PowerPoint slides and workbooks.
– Creating of various designs for marketing assets.
– Redesigning our training content for our members.
– Giving the whole business and brand a new facelift.
– Learn and provide new insights to the team.

Plus any other design techniques or ideas you’ve picked up along your journey, and are excited to implement.

We want to be the best, so we need the best people. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role.

A design degree/training course is important, but we are more interested in the skills/experience you have:

And it’d help if you had some of the following skills:

– An eye for design and experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva etc.
– A creative flair to take ordinary to extraordinary.
– You implement fast and don’t need your hand held.
– A dreamer who enjoys researching and imagining new and creative ways to do things
– You’re eager to learn and grow – We believe in growing inside and outside of work.

We’re on the hunt for someone with a few years of experience and a fire in their belly.
