We’re in search of a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of our brand. As a Graphic Designer, your primary focus will be creating visually engaging designs that captivate our audience. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s aesthetics and contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Visual Design: Craft visually engaging designs to enhance brand aesthetics and captivate the target audience.

– Product Image Optimization: Design visually striking product images for online listings and promotions, optimizing for engagement and conversions while closely collaborating with the marketing team to align product presentation with promotional strategies.
– Banner and Promotional Material Design: Create impactful banners and promotional materials that effectively communicate the brand message, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to design visually appealing assets for various campaigns.
– Creative Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and overall design objectives, while soliciting feedback and incorporating input from various stakeholders to enhance design outcomes.

2. Brand Consistency and Collaboration: Ensure a cohesive visual and brand identity across designs.

– Guidance on Visual Consistency: Ensure visual consistency by overseeing adherence to brand guidelines for all design elements across various projects.
– Brand Integrity Preservation: Uphold brand guidelines in all design projects, maintaining visual consistency. Guide other teams on visual elements to preserve brand integrity and minimize instances of brand inconsistency.

3. Adaptability and Technological Proficiency: Utilize design tools and technology for efficient and effective design solutions.

– Tool Proficiency: Stay updated on the latest design tools and technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in design work. Actively seek opportunities to incorporate new tools that align with best practices in graphic design.
– Adaptive Design Approach: Adapt design solutions for various platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Stay abreast of design trends and industry advancements to optimize design solutions for different digital channels.

Requirements:
– Associate’s or equivalent
– 2-5 years relevant experience
– Competent degree of technical skills: (1) Has good working and background knowledge of the area of practice. (2) Can complete tasks independently with little guidance. (3) Can identify and troubleshoot complex problems. (4) Can mentor or train others.
– Experience with Adobe Illustrator
– Knowledge of AutoCAD, etc.

Specific Hardware Requirements:
– MAC or PC User
– Processor must be at least a 10th Gen i5 Processor or equivalent
– At least 16GB of RAM
– Dedicated GPU for rendering

Recruitment Process
– The recruitment process is all initially at your pace.  We only do in-person interview in the final step.  We will initially ask yes/no & numeric questions to verify your relevant experience.  And then we will ask you up to 5 situation-based questions to understand / gauge your experience, logic & communication skills.  
After which, we might have some clarification questions for you. 
– Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trial task (we will provide actual problems / issue we face that you will try to resolve).  
– Lastly, we will do a final in person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and experience assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).  
– This is the initial interview and please take your time to fill out the questions as accurately and as thoughtfully as you possible can.
