Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life and ensure our brand messaging is effectively communicated through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and produce engaging graphics for digital and print mediums including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and more.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and goals.
3. Translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and design concepts.
4. Create visual assets that reflect the brand identity and maintain consistency across all platforms.
5. Use graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality graphics that meet technical and aesthetic standards.
6. Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of previous work.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
8. Experience in web design and UI/UX principles (a plus).
