Hello, I’m Ken Stewart, the founder and CEO of NOVA Fitness and Performance Group. We have 3 different fitness companies and I’m looking for an amazing person to join and support our busy team in our mission to help our clients achieve their fitness goals one client at a time!

ABOUT YOU:
Our Ideal candidate MUST HAVE ALL OF THE FOLLOWING BELOW:
1. MINIMUM 3 years experience as a creative associate or similar role.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing
software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
3. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in virtual communication tools and technology.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity with the fitness industry or a passion for health and wellness is a plus.
8. You must be a team player that embodies our company Core Values (we will talk about these during our interview)
9. MUST be able to work from 7am-3pm EST, Mon-Friday.
ABOUT ME.
I don’t stop working. We have 3 businesses open now and we are opening 2 more by the end of the year. You need to match my energy, but also be able to calm me down. I’m a military veteran so I have high expectations out of my team. I am very fair and understanding, but we must know that we all have a job to do in order for us to grow and succeed.
YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES.
You will also be responsible for:
• Creating graphic design work for the company which includes but is not limited to; Instagram posts, company signage and ads
• Creating simple videos such as Instagram reels and ad videos to be run in our socials
• Assisting in marketing efforts and ideas the team has
• Assisting social media/marketing team when needed.
