We’re a marketing agency based in Australia with staff based in Europe, Australia and Philippines.
We are currently looking for a Lead Graphics Designer with the skills to provide feedback for emails, and create highly-converting designs for landing pages/pre-sale pages/product pages and sometimes, agency marketing materials.
…the onboarding process will be collaborating closely with our current Lead Designer who we are transitioning to a different role so that you can take over their role.
What Skills Are Required?:
Figma (required)
Adobe Photoshop (required)
Using A.I with Photoshop (optional)
Adobe Illustrator (optional)
What Are The Responsibilities?:
– Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets including website design (no coding required), brochures, banners, and marketing materials
– Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand different project requirements, create compelling visuals and also help expand on the design workflow
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
– Ensure consistency of brand and creative themes across all design outputs
– Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and make revisions as needed
– Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest design tools, software, and trends
– Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring high-quality output
– Help create, maintain and set our design standards, reference materials and style guide/s
– Product Photos, Landing Pages and Pre-Sale Pages
(for example, the product images in /xRY29 ,
pre-sale pages like the ones in /awyK9 ,
and landing pages like the ones in /CJV14)
– Work closely with our in-house copywriters
