The Graphics VA is a key support position on the marketing team for Dr. Roseann.

Dr. Roseann is a mental health trailblazer, founder of The Global Institute of Children’s Mental Health and Dr. Roseann is “Changing the way we view and treat children’s mental health.” FORBES magazine called her, “A thought leader in children’s mental health”.
If children’s and family health and mental health is a PASSION & MISSION of yours, that is a HUGE PLUS!
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of graphic design making long form graphics, blog graphics, social media graphics, and marketing materials using CANVA. Basic video editing skills using CANVA are a plus!

This position requires working closely with our Marketing Team: Marketing Director, Social Media Manager & Direct Response Copywriter. You will be responsible for delivering high quality graphics and marketing assets. Meeting your own deadlines, while working cohesively with your team, is essential to the success of this position.

The Graphics VA position requires that you are able to take directive for the graphics, plan for the project and production for all technical projects for Dr. Roseann including setting up workflow for creating, editing and delivery of client fulfillment.

** MUST possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player.

Compensation
$3-4 per hour for this 20 hour per week position – based on experience

Must be willing to work US hours (Between 6AM to 3PM EST)

The ideal candidate will:
Follow branding style guidelines
Be highly proficient in CANVA
Makes exceptional graphics quickly
Create various types of graphics to tell stories across multiple platforms
Ability to mix different media into complete experience (video, graphics, music).
Experience in typography, color, composition, key framing & title design.
Be detail-oriented and possess a sophisticated editing style
Be able to follow polishing checklists and instructions, reducing back & forth edits
Ability to work with a team directly in edit sessions to assess needs and meet project requirements.
Properly maintain digital archive, follow naming protocols, organize assets
Have experience working in a fast-paced environment on weekly deadlines

Job Responsibilities Include:
Maintain high quality brand, using creativity to achieve level of excellence
Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing production projects to completion
Create graphics for blogs, Pinterest, socials and the website using CANVA
Show creativity in designs but follow branding guidelines

The ideal candidate must be:
MUST have at least 2 years experience with CANVA
Must have at least 2 years experience making graphics
Basic video editing skills bonus
MUST be proficient in G Drive and G Suite
MUST have Project Management experience (ClickUp a plus)
Strong writing skills: can easily check spelling and grammar
Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
Attentive to details, efficient, meticulous and very resourceful
You are a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines.
You are tech-savvy and easily figure out new digital programs & tools
You are resourceful and a proactive thinker
You excel at creating workflow efficiencies and using tech automations
Be open to the revision process and work quickly to make edits

Can make mental health and behavioral issues relatable and understandable both graphically using our well organized and extensive content database from Dr. Roseann
Has an eye for detail
Works well under pressure and on tight deadlines
Open to the review process and can revise work with constructive criticism that supports the avatar’s needs
Desire to be part of something bigger than yourself & work with awesome team
Can use project management tools and manage deadlines
Adeptly handle multiple moving parts at once, without getting overwhelmed
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
