We’re looking for a back-office and customer support agent to join our team at Sea N Rent, a short-term rental management company.?
We are looking for a dedicated team mate with critical thinking that can work under minimal supervision.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for managing bookings and ensuring a smooth check-in experience. ?
The job includes both technical and service oriented abilities.
There will be 2 weeks paid training to guide you into the position.
Please note this is a long-term position, we’re looking for a minimum commitment of 1 year.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing bookings and reservations, including coordinating with the ground team
* Providing exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have before, during, and after their stay
* Assisting with guest check-in and check-out
* Handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
* Assisting with property management tasks as needed
*Data Entry
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Works well in a team
* Experience in a similar role, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Computer and online skills, preferably experience with booking and property management software?
* Night-shifts and work during the weekend might be required
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and option for bonuses.
