We are The Foozie! An Australian ecommerce store selling super soft slipper socks to the US, CA, AU & UK. We are in the early stages of our journey and are seeking someone to take our marketing & customer service to the next level and contribute to our ongoing success.
This is an exciting long-term opportunity with room for upskilling and promotions as our team grows. You will report directly to the owner and be responsible for all our marketing activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Social media marketing & management: including Facebook ad campaigns and engaging with influencers. Planning and posting content, engaging with customers.
– Google Ads marketing, including managing campaigns and optimizing conversions
– On-site marketing: including seasonal campaigns and product descriptions
– Email marketing and SMS campaign management: Planning, creating and scheduling campaigns & automation flows
– Customer service and order management: including handling refunds, returns, and missing/damaged items with warehouse team
– Administrative tasks, including daily reports and updates.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Excellent knowledge and expertise in managing a Shopify account is REQUIRED
– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is REQUIRED
– Previous experience in a similar role planning & creating marketing campaigns is REQUIRED
– Proven experience in creating social media posts using Facebook Page Manager, Instagram, or Facebook Creator Studio
– Experience with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is preferred
– Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo, etc) is a plus
– Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is required
– Customer service experience (handling customer concerns) is required, including experience with Zendesk
– Proficiency in writing (product descriptions, ad copies, social media posts, etc) is an advantage
PAY:
Based on ability and experience, ranging from US $1100-$1500/month. If you think you should be paid more, feel free to explain why in your application.
