To create high quality accommodation for professional tenants in the UK, where tenants can live comfortably.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be involved in general administration tasks, analysis of the market we operate in, dealing with tenancy/investor queries, getting new tenants in and helping the Partners of the company create tenancy/investor packs.
You will be carrying out various analyses in spreadsheets and information packs therefore you must have good Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. The role requires you to manage a large number of administration tasks and ensure they get delivered on time.
As we are a growing business, over time you will be assisting us in setting up new processes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

1. We need someone who is available to work Monday to Friday and occasionally on the weekend.
2. We need someone who can work at least 20 hours per week
3. Ideally you will have a degree in business or relevant subject and/or at least 2 years’ experience of working as a Virtual Assistant for a property business.
4. Role Specifics:
a. We need someone who can carry out a range of administration tasks as well as more complex analyses.
b. You need to be able to pay attention to detail and have the ability to follow instructions carefully.
c. Fluent in spoken and written English (ideally UK English)
d. You should be self-motivated, accurate, efficient and able to deliver tasks within the deadlines provided.
e. Productivity is key- ability to focus and get on with the task at hand.
f. Time management is critical for dealing with a variety of administration tasks.
g. You should have a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and enjoy problem solving and getting things done!
h. You will be expected to contribute to the continual improvement of or the tasks for which you are responsible

HOW THIS ROLE ADDS VALUE TO OUR COMPANY

You will be assisting us in administration of tasks, carrying out various analyses in the market we operate in. You will also be the first point of contact by email/phone for tenants/customers and ensuring that they receive a good service.
Doing this will help us manage our business more efficiently and grow further.

WHAT VALUE WILL THIS ROLE GIVE YOU

You will gain experience in wide variety of administrative tasks and analyses. This will help you understand how the UK property market works. You will be working directly with the Partners of the company.
You will gain experience in using software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

We create good quality accommodation for tenants to live in. We renovate run down properties and create a modern house where tenants can live comfortably and socialize with each other, creating a small community. We ensure that the tenants are looked after if there are any issues in the property.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Pay rate: $5 per hour
• You will get paid monthly via Wise
• Additional Benefits:
• Bonuses will be paid for exception work
• Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
• We pay a 10% end of year bonus in December (pro-rata)
