Growth and Partnership Consultant

Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

Php 30,000 – 50,000 per month + bonuses & commission

09:00 PM – 06:00 AM PHT Manila (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM EST)

About the Role:

As a Growth and Partnership Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s expansion and financial growth. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying business opportunities, establishing and nurturing key relationships, and developing tailored growth strategies. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will contribute to the company’s long-term strategic plans, negotiate business deals, and represent the organization at industry events. HOA and Property Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential business opportunities by analyzing market trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Develop strategies to achieve targets, meet revenue goals, and contribute to the overall financial growth of the company.

Expand the company’s reach by developing and implementing growth strategies that may include entering new markets, industries, or demographics.

Negotiate terms and close business deals with clients.

Create proposals and pitches tailored to specific client needs, in coordination with other team members.

Work closely with the senior management team to develop long-term strategic plans for the company’s growth.

Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, potential areas for growth, and competitive activities.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the organization and build key relationships.

Collaborate with various internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and achieve business development activities.

Provide regular reports on progress, market insights, and performance metrics to the senior management team.

Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge, market trends, and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any related course (Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, etc.)

Home-based job, with flexible working hours (mostly US hours)

Good listener

Good communication skills

Has a growth mindset (coachable, willing to learn)

Required language/s: English

Required skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications, CRM tools

HOA and Property Management experience (preferred)

On the first 30 days:

Comprehensive market research reports highlighting trends, growth areas, and competitive activities.

Actionable insights leading to the identification of potential areas for growth.

Number of new business opportunities identified through market analysis and research.

Effectiveness in identifying and prioritizing opportunities aligned with company objectives.

On the next 60 days

Evaluation of the effectiveness and quality of proposals and pitches.

Client feedback on the relevance and customization of proposals.

Number of new client, partner, and stakeholder relationships established and nurtured.

Number and value of successful business deals closed with clients.

Success rate in negotiating and finalizing favorable terms for the company.

Quality of relationships measured by client satisfaction and feedback.

On the next 90 days

Percentage increase in revenue attributed to the consultant’s efforts.

Achievement of quarterly revenue targets

Effectiveness in collaborating with internal departments for aligned strategies.

Contribution to the overall efficiency and synergy of cross-functional teams.

Implementation of innovative approaches to drive business development.
