Growth Engineer (Remote)

Position Overview:
As a Growth Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth through a combination of strategic thinking, data analysis, and technical execution. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a unique blend of growth hacking expertise and engineering skills, enabling them to optimize our user acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities:

Growth Strategies and Execution:
Develop and implement growth strategies to acquire, activate, and retain users.
Cultivate an understanding of content, SEO, and content strategies to drive organic growth.
Conduct data-driven experiments and analyze user behavior to optimize conversion funnels.

Engineering and Development:
Work on both front-end (React) and back-end (Python) development to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth initiatives into product development.
Implement and maintain databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) to support scalable solutions.

Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights and identify opportunities for growth.
Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor user engagement and behavior.

Infrastructure and DevOps:
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS.
Utilize Docker for containerization to ensure seamless deployment and scalability.

A/B Testing:
Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize various aspects of the user experience.
Analyze results and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

API Integration:
Integrate with third-party APIs to enhance functionality and user engagement.
Collaborate with external platforms to leverage synergies and expand reach.

Requirements:
Proven experience in growth engineering, growth hacking, or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in both front-end (React) and back-end (Python) development.
Experience working with databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Proficient in cloud platforms, especially AWS.
Familiarity with Firebase for real-time data synchronization.
Version control using Git for collaborative development.
Docker for containerization and deployment.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Understanding of content, SEO, and content strategies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team environment.
