About the role:
IMPORTANT: This job requires someone with battle proofed experience in exciting 2C sales strategic, someone who knows the surface of how paid ads work will not be considered.
As our Growth Hacker, you are expected to design a full sales funnel.
You will report to the Director and work alongside our web development team, marketing team, Customer service team, Technical team, and will also be managing a marketing agency we use, you will have to be the top gun in order survive in this position.
About you:
Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience as a growth hacker or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and growth strategies
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels
Ability to analyze data, identify trends and insights, and optimize performance to maximize ROI
Expertise in user psychology and ability to read customer’s mind from a psychological level to craft messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences
Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique growth strategies
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability is a plus
Remote Work requirement :
Fully remote work from home, you are expected to be highly organized and self-disciplined candidate with excellent communication skills for a remote work from home position.
Remote login tracking setup is required during work.
