Role Overview:

As the Growth Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of our growth & acquisition efforts, taking charge of strategizing and writing compelling sales letters, persuasive articles, landing pages, advertorials, blog articles, video sales letters, and other direct response copy. Your expertise will be essential in driving customer acquisition, increasing conversions, and enhancing brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

1. Direct Response Copywriting: Craft persuasive and high-converting copy for various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, website content, and product descriptions.

2. Growth Strategy Formulation: Develop innovative growth strategies that align with our business objectives. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement data-driven initiatives for acquiring and retaining customers.

3. Analyze and Optimize: Monitor the performance of copy across different channels and campaigns. Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing to optimize copy effectiveness continually.

4. Team Leadership: Lead a team of skilled copywriters, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Inspire creativity and innovation within the team to consistently produce exceptional copy.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

6. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in direct response copywriting and growth marketing. Apply relevant insights to our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

1. Direct Response Copywriting Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct response copywriting with a proven track record of successful campaigns and increased conversions.

2. Health and Wellness Passion: Deep knowledge and passion for the health and wellness industry, with an understanding of vitamins, minerals, and supplements.

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing platforms (Google, Native Ads, Meta, Tiktok) to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign performance.

4. Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and motivating a team of copywriters to achieve goals.

5. Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique, compelling copy that resonates with our target audience.

6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and marketing strategies.

7. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to changing market conditions and business priorities.
