Growth Manager

We are a fast-growing LA-based Cosmetics company in need of an experienced Growth Manager to help stay on top on company’s growth by identifying, creating and overseeing projects that would help the company expand and uncover opportunities.

What you will be doing:
– Analyze company performance via available reports and data
– Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations team in getting projects done esp. those related to company growth and development
– Stay on top of experiments and trial runs to test and analyze performance and effectiveness before rolling anything out
– Track all relevant information and use the data for analysis and strategic planning
– Work closely with management to align marketing and growth KPI through ROI analysis
– Work closely with our teams to create and implement new projects to increase engagement
– Work closely with their external marketing agency to ensure profitable customer acquisition
– Test and learn about a variety of business and marketing channels and identify what works best for us
– Setup and/or come up with ads and campaigns suitable to expand and boost our business
– Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline reporting and forecasts and all other needed reports
– Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics and company KPIs
