I’m looking for a Part-Time Growth Marketer (20-30 hours/ week with potential to move to Full-Time later) to help grow a specific project. Working hours will be around 9am to 2pm PHST (I am flexible). Candidates must have extensive experience in ClickFunnels, WordPress and SEO (blog marketing is a bonus) that generate sales and will be able to provide proof of this during the interview process. This is a for profit business that must generate consistent revenue. At the start, our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will define a launch plan, but you will need to be able to take the lead in creating and managing landing pages, sales funnels and creating WordPress sites on an ongoing basis, with assistance from the CMO. The business we will start with is online safety courses so any related experience in B2B sales related to this industry is preferred but not mandatory. We have many other projects to work on when this one starts generating revenue including health and wellness, medical device, pets and veterinary.
Your Top Tasks:
1. Create and manage landing pages, sales funnels, and other marketing assets using ClickFunnels.
2. Design, develop and maintain visually appealing, responsive and user-friendly WordPress websites.
3. Monitor website performance and optimize for SEO best practices.
4. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and performance tracking.
5. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, WordPress development, and ClickFunnels usage.
6. Manage social media accounts and develop content strategies to increase brand awareness and online engagement.
7. Assist in the development and execution of overall digital marketing strategy, including PPC advertising, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
8. Manage strategic partnerships to drive brand growth.
Other tasks
SEO, writing blogs, key word research ( we do not do paid ads).
We use ahref’s and SurferSEO as our main SEO tools so expertise in these or similar tools are required.
We have a Shopify store so experience with this is preferred.
You will need to monitor our support email address and provide client follow-up as requests come in by email. This is a very minor part of the job.
Creating backlinks and develop a strategy for back link creation. This will include email outreach and the ability to manage inbound/outbound emails to add more backlinks.
Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and finding new Affiliate opportunities.
Knowledge of ChatGPT and is a bonus.
We have the regular social media accounts and over time, we will produce more content for these channels.
Job Requirements:
2 + years of experience working with ClickFunnels.
2 + years of experience building website/landing pages, ideally with WordPress.
Experience managing social media accounts.
Experience managing email marketing campaigns inside ClickFunnels.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
Good customer management skills to manage emails from customers and backlinking work.
Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents and emails
Willing to during hours listed above.
Have smart phone and laptop with good internet connection
Prior experience in a similar role with demonstratable experience is preferred.
I require the hire to be a leader and be aggressive in getting results. It will not work if I have to tell you every step you need to do.
Your time will be tracked online using HubStaff to ensure you are working the hours reported.

Pay:
You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on job post), but will immediately get paid bonuses for every deal that closes. The amount should double your wage.
You will be paid every week, based on hours worked daily.
You will get incremental raises over time based on our revenue growth.
