Compensation: Php 825,000 to Php 1,100,000 Annually
Are you a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and sales? We’re seeking a talented Growth Marketer to join our client’s rapidly growing team to drive marketing and sales efforts for their portfolio of offerings, with an emphasis on their Innovate offering, within new and existing accounts. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, catering to the ideal time zone of the US East Coast, with the possibility of considering the Central Time Zone.
Role Overview
As a Growth Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and adoption of products among new and existing customers, including those from recently acquired businesses. Leveraging your 3 to 5 years of experience and a degree in a relevant field, you will work to increase lead generation through multi-channel campaigns and the development of relevant regional content.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication plan aimed at promoting products, including their new Innovate offering, to new and existing customers.
-Generate and nurture leads within customer segments.
-Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure effective conversion of leads and closure of deals.
-Craft high-impact video content that resonates with their target audience and showcases the value of their product portfolio, with a particular emphasis on their Innovate.
-Collaborate with key stakeholders, including their CEO, regional Presidents, CRO, COO, EVPs of Sales, and regional EVPs, to align marketing strategies and objectives.
-Utilize your expertise in Hubspot to build new campaigns, lists, and landing pages.
Qualifications
-A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
-3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, ideally with a focus on driving growth.
-Experience in marketing products and services to the US SMB market is a must.
-Demonstrable results in rapidly increasing lead generation at small and medium companies.
-Proven experience in creating impactful video content.
-Familiarity with Hubspot and Pipedrive is considered advantageous.
