We are a fast growing physical e-commerce organization and looking for a long term quick minded Growth Marketer role. If you are an emerging Marketing Director and hungry to make $, this is the role for you.

The Ideal candidate:

A generalist marketer, with an understanding of strategy and execution and a deep expertise in a single channel. You have been in growth marketing for a few years now. You work well with others, are effective, fast, and confident in your ability. You’ve worked at companies where you had to wear a few hats in the growth marketing process. You know how to deal with resistance to organization and have the people skills to get your stakeholders to move and do what you need in a timely manner. You find excitement working for small companies and helping them grow their product offering so you can grow with them.. If this sounds like you, please keep reading.

Growth marketing is a data-driven, channel-agnostic discipline. It’s all about running tests and finding the highest-impact, lowest-lift growth opportunities, wherever they are.

Responsibilities required:

1. Building strategies around branded and solution-relevant keywords + Researching for the ideal customer.
2. Creating / Optimizing landing pages and email funnels by running A/B tests.
3. Utilizing paid digital spend efficiently.
4. Working with external and inhouse creative / content creators.
5. Hiring contractors to fulfill projects.
6. Competitive analysis.
7. Copy-mining.
8. Customer research.
9. Audience development.
10. Exploring new marketing channels.
11. Discovering paid and organic traffic channels for brand growth.

To be successful in this role candidate should possess the following attributes:

1. Fluent English with stable internet connection.
2. 4-5 years working experience in growth marketing, social media / PPC management or other related fields.
3. Proven record of delivering direct response conversions from marketing efforts.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects while working with different stakeholders from different backgrounds.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and excellent grasp and instinct for quantitative and statistical tools and analyses.
6. Must be internet savvy and know how to google for answers when needed.
7. Able to work independently.
8. Operates at a high level of intensity, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence.
9. Strong leadership skills, drive, and ability to inspire and develop teams.
10. Experienced in big BPO and CRM a plus.
11. Attentive to detail.
12. Know how to ask the right question to the right party.
