We are a startup SaaS/PaSH business focused on providing services to startups, entrepreneurs, and rapidly growing businesses with organic marketing.
We are on the hunt for a world-class marketing, content, and web person to help us grow our global client base.
Your tasks will include
???? Take our existing, training-based written content, and produce blog posts from the content.
???? Take longer form video content (training content) produced by our founder and produce shorter form video, picture/carousel, and text content suitable for posting on social media platforms. This includes video editing, adding subtitles and other graphics, formatting for screen sizes, and other factors that are necessary for social media posting. Scheduling and posting social media content to social media platforms.
???? Building out landing pages for assets and magnets we have, and working to improve the conversion rates of these landing pages.
???? Building training courses on our WordPress website that include registration.
???? Owning and managing our website’s content. Updating web pages, taking graphics from Figma and placing them on our website, etc.
???? Community management of our marketing Slack community of over 15,000 members.
Qualifications
? Exceptional native-level English writing and communication skills.
? Experience with Canva, Figma, and WordPress drag and drop web builders, such as Elementor and BeaverBuilder.
? Experience using a video editing platform such as OBS, Davinci, or even editors built into phones or through Canva’s new editing platform.
? Experience building and managing a content posting schedule, publishing content daily.
? Experience managing social interactivity on the posts produced—interacting and engaging using our social media channels on the content we post (and other places, such as replies).
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
? Experience with lead generation strategies, cold email outreach, and automation. There will be quizzes on this as part of the hiring process.
? Knowledge of digital advertising + education industry an advantage.
? Good spoken American style English.. with a minimal accent.
???? You will receive an hourly salary PLUS a bonus/commission for EVERY closed deal that comes from social media content.

???? We are fully remote, with team members spanning several countries and time zones.
???? We use Notion, Gitlab, and Slack, so familiarity with those apps is helpful.
