About the Role
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be an integral member of our dynamic team, working hand-in-hand with our partners. This role involves learning and implementing a variety of essential tech and marketing skills such as data enrichment, company profiling, email marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, and no-code website building. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and a passion for learning, technology, and marketing.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the US or Europe-based team to understand and implement marketing strategies.
Utilize data enrichment tools to enhance customer profiles.
Conduct comprehensive company profiling to support marketing initiatives.
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns.
Manage customer relationships using CRM software.
Automate marketing processes and tasks.
Create and manage no-code website builds.
Constantly learn and adapt to new tech tools and marketing strategies.
Communicate effectively and professionally with US-based clients, demonstrating perfect English proficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Basic tech savviness and a willingness to learn new tools and software.
Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing software, and no-code website builders is a plus.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
