We are seeking an independent and experienced Growth Marketing Specialist. As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in increasing our company’s customer base, amplifying our mission, and expanding our reach across social media platforms. You will be responsible for building a community funnel, setting up campaigns, creating and curating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and developing innovative strategies to connect with our audience. An ideal candidate for this position will have in-depth knowledge of the best digital marketing practices and must be familiar with the latest marketing trends and tools. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are also mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
– Drive exponential growth in our member base and market share by implementing targeted digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
– Position the community as a trusted resource through thought leadership content.
– Drive membership growth through social media engagement.
– Cultivate a thriving online community by creating and curating engaging content that fosters meaningful connections and encourages active participation.
– Create editorial calendars to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
– Plan content publication schedules for maximum impact – post at optimal times for maximum visibility and engagement.
– Coordinate content distribution.
– Manage all social media accounts, ensuring consistent and impactful content distribution.
– Optimize company profiles on various social media platforms, ensuring branding consistency and optimizing profiles for visibility and engagement.
– Create and publish daily content on all social media accounts, including writing and editing social media posts to drive community engagement and brand visibility.
– Monitor and respond to individual reviews and messages promptly.
– Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts, providing insights and optimization recommendations.
– Implement tests, monitor performance dashboards, and make adjustments to optimize campaign performance.
– Prioritize tests to measure marketing strategy impact.
– Adjust campaigns based on performance metrics.
– Continuously improve social media strategies based on data, insights, and best practices.
– Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement.
– Optimize efforts to drive engagement and revenue.

Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or Growth Hacker including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting.
– Hands on experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), and content management systems. social media management tools (metricool) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and latest marketing trends and SEO best practices
– Experience optimizing website content for search engines, conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance metrics, and implementing SEO best practices.
– Experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc., to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
– Experience planning and leading community initiatives
– Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
– Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
– Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
