Virtual Assistant with high emotional intelligence, who can deeply relate, who is task-oriented, and super detailed. Can handle sensitive client info with little errors, is sharp, a fast learner, forward-thinking, has perfect English grammar, doesn’t need to be micromanaged and can independently initiate actions, confidential, personable and warm, interested in the field of personal development, wants to work on a project that makes a difference in the world, and would really love learning and working closely with the founder. Can work under tight deadlines. You say, then do!
You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.
I am looking for a full-time employee.
Tasks include
documentation and organization of company processes in
answering emails
inviting podcast guests
collecting sensitive information into a CRM
handling customer requests
posting to social media etc.
Sales/ LI lead gen experience AND/OR social media management experience is needed but I will teach you just about everything you need to know.
Additionally prioritization of CEO’s task list and agenda
Some canva or photoshop experience is a plus

I own 3 different businesses. I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 6 years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me.
