As the Growth Operations Specialist, you will work cross-functionally to support the daily operations of the SponsorCloud Growth department. You will collaborate closely with individuals from multiple teams that span Sales, Success, Support, and Marketing. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

You are the glue that holds the Growth team together! Employees will look to you as the Subject Matter Expert concerning anything and everything to do with them being able to easily and effectively do their jobs. Something not working in Hubspot? You know how to fix it! A Sales Manager needs a new field created in Salesforce? You ask the right questions to make sure it’s actually needed and then execute the creation, mapping, and integration. Sales and Marketing syncing on Lead Statuses? You’re there to confirm and elaborate on definitions and best practices, ensuring conversations don’t veer too far off of currently established SOPs and expectations.

In simple terms, you ensure the Growth team runs smoothly by using your operational mind to ensure alignment on systems, processes, implementation, and follow through. If you sound like someone who would excel in this capacity, keep reading!

////// Your Responsibilities \\\\\\

Subject Matter Expert: You will be the subject matter expert for all Growth software solutions. You have a nuanced understanding of best practices, completing certifications where necessary.

Software Implementation: You will implement software solutions and make necessary administrative updates as they are used by the respective Growth teams.

System Administrator: You will manage roles and permissions in all software solutions used by Growth, ensuring employees have access to the tools and features they need.

SOP Documentation: You will manage the ongoing documentation and optimization of all Growth SOPs managed in our internal company wiki.

SOP Execution: You will understand all Growth team SOPs and ensure employees are following them, working with management to keep them accountable through periodic audits and follow-ups.

Cross-Team Alignment: You will ensure alignment of all Growth teams when it comes to systems and processes between Sales, Marketing, Success, and Support.

EOS Facilitator: You will facilitate all major L10 meetings, ensuring teams are following the proper L10 structure and offering your operations expertise along the way.

Reporting & Dashboards: You will ensure all reports are accurate and available to managers and employees through dashboards, working closely to ensure we have the measurables we need.

Data & Record Optimization: You will ensure that proper processes are established for accurate reporting, working with managers and employees to identify key fields for accurate data.

////// Who You Are ///////

3+ years of experience working in Growth Operations (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Suppor Ops, and Success Ops).

Administrative understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot (enterprise level of Sales Hub, Support Hub, Marketing Hub, and Operations Hub). Certifications are preferred, but not required.

Experience working closely with Sales, Success, Support, and Marketing teams.

Extreme attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture across Growth.

Ability to learn the nuances of software solutions and develop a deep understanding of its features and best practices to ensure proper implementation and optimization.

Experience with Google’s suite of products (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Asana (or similar solutions like Monday, Trello, etc.), Stripe, Zoom, Slack, and Waybook (or similar solutions such as Guru, Trainual, Notion, etc).
