At Lavanda, we specialize in providing services within the Short Term Rentals field. We’re seeking an individual to effectively communicate with guests and potential guests across multiple properties listed on platforms like Airbnb. We take pride in delivering top-notch accommodations and exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities:
Communication: Maintain open and clear lines of communication with guests before, during, and after their stay to address questions, concerns, or requests promptly and courteously.
Vetting: Ensure guests meet our standard verification process.
Problem Resolution: Handle any guest issues during their stay, working closely with maintenance and housekeeping teams to swiftly resolve problems while maintaining a positive attitude.
Assistance: Provide guests with additional amenities and recommendations to enhance their stay, including restaurant and activity suggestions.
Platform Management: Coordinate with different booking platforms to process requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the hospitality industry, such as hotels, resorts, or vacation rentals, is a must.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Initiative: Anticipate guest needs and take action proactively.
Resourcefulness: Find solutions to obstacles and excel under pressure.
Intelligence: Quick learner with the ability to apply new information effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using technology and property management software.
