Guest Experience Call Representative (Weekend Shift – Thursday to Sunday)

Job Description

We are a property management company that manages vacation rentals for East Tennessee property owners. Before getting into the details of the job, here are a few things you should know about our company:

Should you be hired, here is what you would do on our rapidly-growing team:

-Answering calls from tenants or guests at our properties
-Using our Property Management Software (Hostaway) to onboard new properties and manage existing ones
-Working within Airbnb, VRBO, Click to view, Pricelabs, DACK, VR Scheduler, Clickup, & Slack
-Handling day-to-day tasks, such as calls, emails, listing setup, maintenance/repairs management etc.
-Communicating with contractors and staff to ensure they are hitting deadlines
-Making project decisions based on our company’s goals and mission

Minimum Requirements
-You must have 15 Mbps download speed or faster Internet connection.
-You must have at least 8 gigs of RAM on your computer.
-Airbnb or Property Management is necessary.
-You must be fluent in written and spoken English. This will be one of the most important requirements for this position. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT FLUENT IN WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH)

You can expect to be working EST hours (Thursday to Sunday – 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM), and we need you to be flexible on your availability. Starting salary will be $700/month and will increase based on performance.
