Job Description:
LuxoStays, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, specializes in managing short-term and monthly rentals to maximize client profitability. We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to join our team as an Airbnb Guest Support Specialist.
Training:
Initial training will span 2 weeks on the Team Lead’s schedule, followed by ongoing guidance for the first month.
Responsibilities:
Guest Management / Customer Service:
Respond to guest inquiries via messages, calls, and emails.
Manage claims, invoicing, and reporting.
Facilitate guest reviews and lease agreements.
Coordinate electronic signatures and handle Airbnb resolutions.
Conduct guest screenings and manage reservations.
Monitor CCTV for property security.
Cleaning Management:
Review cleaner photos and schedule cleaning appointments.
Manage invoicing and supplies, coordinate turnovers and deep cleanings.
Listing Management:
Create and maintain property listings on Airbnb and VRBO.
Optimize listings, develop property descriptions, and design house manuals.
Vendor Management:
Hire, schedule, and oversee contractors for property maintenance.
Other Administrative Tasks:
Assist with special projects, research, and SOP creation as needed.

Education and Experience:
College degree required.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Airbnb property management or customer support, virtual assistance, or BPO roles.
Required Skills & Other Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Typing speed of 60 WPM.
Reliable internet connection, additional monitor, and fast computer setup.
Dedicated, quiet workspace.
Bonus Experience:
Supervisory or management experience.
Prior Airbnb case management experience.

Compensation:
Entry Level Wage: $4/hr – $5/hr, commensurate with experience.
