Role Overview:
As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in providing top-notch support and assistance to our guests throughout their stay. Your strong communication and customer service skills will be essential in delivering our guests a positive and welcoming experience. Utilizing your property management tools and problem-solving expertise, you will efficiently manage bookings and address guest concerns to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities:
• Interact professionally with guests and team members, providing clear and helpful information.
• Deliver excellent customer service, meeting guest needs and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Utilize property management tools (PMS, OTA, etc.) efficiently to manage bookings, pricing, availability, and property details.
• Address guest concerns with problem-solving abilities, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
• Collaborate with the team, sharing insights and guiding to maintain a supportive work environment.
• Manage multiple guest inquiries and tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns during and outside business hours.
• Demonstrate adaptability in handling unexpected situations and changing guest needs professionally.
• Utilize technical proficiency in various software tools for task management and guest safety.
• Showcase Short Term Rental expertise and attention to detail in property listing information.
Skills Needed:
• Proven experience in the Short-Term Rental industry, with a focus on guest services and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive guest experiences.
• Proficiency in using property management tools such as PMS, OTA, and Dynamic Pricing Tools.

Minimum Requirements
1. Experience:
– At least one year of experience in handling Short-Term Rental business, dealing with clients and guests in the hospitality industry or a similar customer service-oriented file
2. Communication Skills:
– Strong verbal and written communication skills to professionally interact with clients and guests, providing clear and helpful information.
3. Customer Service:
– Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service, meet client and guest needs, and ensure a positive experience.
4. Property Management Tools:
– Proficiency in efficiently utilizing property management tools (PMS, OTA, etc.) to manage bookings, pricing, availability, and property details for clients and guests.
5. Problem-Solving Skills:
– Strong problem-solving abilities to address client and guest concerns, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all.
6. Team Player:
– Ability to collaborate with the team, share insights, and provide guidance to maintain a supportive work environment for handling clients and guests.
7. Organizational Skills:
– Efficiently manage multiple client and guest inquiries and tasks with strong organizational skills.
8. Responsiveness:
– Promptly respond to client and guest inquiries and concerns during and outside business hours.

System Requirements:
1. CPU:
– For PC: At least an Intel Core i3 processor or an AMD Ryzen 3 processor.
– For Mac: A compatible Mac device with sufficient processing power.
2. Operating System:
– For PC: Windows 10 up to the latest version.
– For Mac: macOS Catalina up to the latest version.
3. RAM:
– A minimum of 8 GB RAM for smooth multitasking and optimal application performance.
4. Internet Requirements:
– A stable internet connection with a minimum download and upload speed of 15 Mbps to efficiently handle video conferencing, file transfers, and other online tasks.
– A secondary internet connection with a different service provider should be available to ensure uninterrupted connectivity in case of primary connection failure.
5. Webcam and Headset:
– A functional webcam and a good-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone are essential for video conferencing, virtual meetings, and clear communication during online calls, minimizing background noise disturbances.
6. Power Backup:
– A reliable uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or backup generator should be in place to prevent work disruptions during power outages.
