This role demands a proactive approach to creating, optimising, and managing listings to ensure maximum visibility and booking conversion. A strong focus on guest communication and satisfaction is paramount, along with a keen eye for leveraging automation to streamline operations and enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Listing Management: Create and manage property listings across multiple booking sites, ensuring all information is accurate, appealing, and up-to-date.
Performance Optimisation: Regularly analyse listing performance using platform tools and metrics. Implement strategies to improve visibility, booking rates, and overall performance.
Guest Communication: Provide exceptional communication with guests from initial inquiry through to post-stay feedback. Handle inquiries, booking requests, and any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Automation and Efficiency: Identify and implement automation opportunities within booking platforms to streamline guest communication, booking processes, and other operational tasks. Stay abreast of new technology and tools that can enhance efficiency and guest experience.
Guest Satisfaction: Drive initiatives aimed at achieving 100% guest satisfaction. Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and respond constructively to both positive and negative comments.
Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitive landscape to ensure listings are competitively priced and offerings meet or exceed guest expectations.
