Job Overview: As a Remote Customer Service Agent at BnBerry, you will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are looking for individuals with perfect written and spoken English, a proven track record in customer service within a US-based company, and a strong preference for those with previous experience in the travel tech and hospitality field.

Responsibilities:
Respond to guest inquiries, phone calls, and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
Resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
Maintain a deep understanding of our TravelTech products/services to provide accurate information and assistance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex guest concerns and contribute to the enhancement of the overall guest experience.
Utilize various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone, to interact with guests and address their needs.
Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

Requirements:
Perfect written and spoken English.
Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist for a US-based company (preference for Hospitality comp. ex Airbnb, Vrbo;)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Familiarity with customer support tools and systems.
Previous experience in the travel tech and hospitality field is a significant plus.
