Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Guest Relations Agent to join our Sales and Reservations team. This full-time role is pivotal in providing exceptional support and service to our guests and clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to post-stay follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly respond to guest messages, triage and answer questions, and coordinate with our team in London for maintenance and housekeeping issues.
Conduct check-in, mid-stay, and check-out calls to ensure guest satisfaction.
Process guest reviews and feedback with attention to detail and accuracy.
Identify and engage with volume bookers, encouraging direct bookings through effective communication and CRM management.
Resolve any booking or reservation issues, providing support for amendments or cancellations.
Maintain high levels of customer service across phone, email, and web chat interactions.
Essential Experience:
Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service advisor.
Proficiency in online working environments.
Understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Professional telephone manner.
Desirable Experience:
Property Management experience.
Familiarity with Airbnb.
CRM experience.
To ensure a 12 hours coverage for our guest relations and reservations services, we are introducing two shifts to accommodate our operations and provide continuous support to our guests and clients. The shifts are as follows:
Morning Shift: 7 AM – 3 PM UK Time
Afternoon Shift: 1 PM – 9 PM UK Time
