As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Guest Service Coordinator.

• Key Responsibilities •

– Welcome guests warmly and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes.
– Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
– Enhance property visibility by optimizing titles, descriptions, and amenities for target keywords.
– Manage guest reservations, including processing bookings and handling special requests.
– Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities.
– Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas to high standards.
– Actively monitor guest feedback and reviews to enhance satisfaction.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
– Promptly address maintenance issues reported by guests.
– Coordinate with maintenance teams to prepare rental properties for guest stays.
– Manage payment processing, including rental fees and security deposits.
– Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely billing and payment processing.
– Negotiate and review vendor contracts to maximize cost-efficiency.
– Provide administrative support, including email management and data entry.

• Qualifications •

– Preferably with previous experience in guest services, hospitality, property management or real estate.
– Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Familiarity with reservation management systems is advantageous.
– Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
– Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Zoho One experience is desirable.
