-Willing to work from 8AM-6PM Florida Time
-Has a noise cancelling headset
-Has a quiet work station (no sounds of barking docs, vehicles, and other noise when taking calls)
-Has a good internet connection (Fiber Internet Connection)
-Has a back-up tools & equipment during power and internet outages
