Job Description

Handle our customer support inquiries through email and chat. NO phone calls. You need to be able to stay professional and friendly even though customers are treating you badly. We have ‘work flows’ that you have to send the customer through. And check back with us when needed. You need to be well written in your own language as we will translate most of the replies, but it is really important that service and kindness (even though the customer is rough) is your top priority.

DFL Agency is a company that is well backed by investors and is just starting up. We are looking for dedicated people who are willing to work here and that like to grow with our team. We care about people, so to us the relationship, trust and professionalism counts way more than the work itself. We are looking to expand really quickly in 2023 and 2024. Our goal is a factor of 10 in this year and a half to come. So if you are motivated and want to grow with us, now is the time, because salaries will grow as the company is growing. We hire people from 1,5 USD per hour – 2,5 USD per hour depending on their skills. We will assess the skills during our first couple of (online) meetings and of course the assignments who you will be making to show your skills. We DO NOT DO separate gigs, we only take on part time and full time people.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, is proactive, trustworthy, holds itself to deadlines, works in a structured manner and has great communication skills. You also need to be able to work on your own and come up with creative solutions for basic problems.

We work with ‘time doctor’ or a similar time tracking software, pay through paypal/western union (weekly on friday), use trello for the tasks and communicate mostly via Telegram. We will always train you through live calls which we record for future reference. We are a chilled out team, who expect hard work from you but we also want you to enjoy your spot and we pay much attention to getting to know you and understanding your situation and feelings. To be accepted in a call/interview it is important that you email us at and the subject of the email must contain the words praatjesmaker and customer service. It has to be in capital letters and we recommend you to copy and paste it as we have an automated system that selects the emails with that word in the subject of the email.
