We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual English and Spanish-speaking dispatcher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching sales representatives to appointments with customers and will need to be comfortable speaking fluent English and Spanish and calling customers to confirm their appointments. The dispatcher will communicate with sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure the efficient operation of our sales team. This is a weekend-only position, working from Friday to Sunday.
Shift Schedules:
6 days a week
Tuesday – Friday 8 am – 8 pm PST
Saturday – Sunday 9 am – 4 pm PST
Monday – Rest day
Note:
Don’t worry about the schedule as most of the time once all the appointment has been dispatched, a lot of idle and chill time within the shift. Supervisors are so lenient we just need to find someone who is 100% reliable.
Key Responsibilities:
– Receive and prioritize customer appointment requests and schedule sales representatives accordingly
– Contact customers in English and Spanish to confirm appointment details
– Coordinate and monitor sales representative activities to ensure on-time arrival at customer appointments
– Communicate effectively with sales representatives, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
– Resolve any issues that may arise during appointments, including cancellations and delays
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatching activities
– Adhere to all company policies and regulations related to dispatching and sales operations
– Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher required
– Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
– Comfortable making outbound phone calls in English and Spanish to confirm customer appointments
– 1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, or sales operations
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient with computer software and data entry
