Head Hunter / Sales Manager II PHP 14:00-23:00

We are a recently launched European based start-up operating in a niche sector within financial research. We launched at the start of May with several hires from this site and now have so much work that we need to hire more!

** We are looking for candidates with the following: **

– Strong experience with recruiting passive candidates and/or outbound calling or sales experience (we need someone that has experience going after candidates, not waiting for them to respond to a job advert/post)

– Strong level of competitiveness – motivated by incentives (money) and wanting to win

– Excellent time management and prioritization skills

– Able to start soon & willingness to work European hours (approx 14:00 – 23:00 or 24:00 in PHP time)

– Must be available full-time (please note: this is not a role that can be done part-time or with other jobs, we will need your full attention and effort – there will be a lot of communication, training, support, and working together each day)

– This is an intense role – if you are used to working slowly, having little to do, checking in every now and then – this is not the role for you and we recommend you apply for other roles on this site.

** Role: Executive Recruiter / Head Hunter **

– Recruit across all industries with a focus on Europe under tight deadlines using search tools such as LinkedIn
– Recruit for shorter term engagements, not full roles
– Reaching out to candidates by phone and email, screening them, and presenting them
– Recruit on multiple projects at the same time e.g., surgeons, marketing directors, procurement managers
– Work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects
– Opportunity to manage investor clients and run projects on your own after 6-12 months
