We are searching for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to assume the role of Head of Business Operations. This multifaceted position entails comprehensive support, including overseeing administrative tasks, developing and implementing SOPs, managing CRM, handling business development responsibilities, and updating our website across our consulting, law firm, and real estate ventures. We seek someone capable of establishing efficient systems to drive our company and who is adept at framework setting, with a track record of successful implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent written communication skills, and boasts extensive experience in systems and operations, CRM management, business development, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Website Management: Regularly update and maintain our website to ensure accurate and current information.
Administrative Support: Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the consulting and law firm businesses.
SOP Development: Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using provided training materials to ensure operational efficiency.
Lead Generation via LinkedIn: Utilize LinkedIn for lead generation, targeting universities and corporations to promote our services and secure speaking engagements for our CEO.
Logistics Coordination: Provide support in managing logistics for speaking engagements, including scheduling and coordination.
SEO Implementation: Assist in implementing SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive sales for our services.
Flexibility: Be willing to adapt and jump in on new tasks as needed for the dynamic needs of the business and our CEO, who is a business, entertainment, and trademarks lawyer as well as a professional speaker and content creator.

Qualifications:
