Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategy and Leadership:
– Develop and implement the agency’s strategic vision, goals, and growth plans in alignment with overall company objectives.
– Provide strong leadership and guidance to the agency team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
– Define and communicate agency policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient operations and consistent
service delivery.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and stay competitive in the
market.
Client Servicing:
– Act as the key point of contact for major clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction
and retention.
– Oversee client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of services and solutions that meet or exceed client
expectations.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic advice, and identify opportunities to
upsell or cross-sell agency services.
– Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
Financial Management:
– Develop and manage the agency’s financial budget, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
– Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize
revenue and profitability.
– Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including invoicing, billing, and expense management.
– Collaborate with the finance team to track project budgets, monitor project profitability, and provide insights for financial
decision-making.
Team Management:
– Recruit, onboard, and train agency staff, fostering a positive work environment and providing professional development
opportunities.
– Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations for
team members.
– Delegate tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service
delivery and productivity.
Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry professionals.
– Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the agency’s brand and
expand the client base.
Result:
The Head of Agency will be responsible for leading and managing the agency’s overall operations, including strategy development, client servicing, financial management, and team leadership. By successfully executing these responsibilities, the Head of Agency will contribute to the agency’s overall success by driving growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving financial targets. The Head of Agency will provide strategic direction, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and industry expertise are key requirements for this position.
Requirements:
– Experience with GHL is highly preferred.
– Proven work experience in a leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency.
– Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
– Excellent client management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with key clients.
– Solid financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and driving profitability.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
– In-depth knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
