About the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Digital Content Marketing to lead our digital content initiatives, focusing heavily on video and other digital mediums. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of producing engaging How-To guides, captivating videos, and authoritative content pieces that resonate with our audience across our website, social media platforms, and YouTube.

As the steward of our brand’s digital presence, your work will be pivotal in simplifying safety and making it accessible to all, aligning with our mission to “Make Safety, Easy.” You will craft strategies that not only serve our community with valuable information for free but also position our brand as the go-to authority in our field.

This is a unique REMOTE opportunity for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a REMOTE CONTRACTOR role, requiring a good internet connection (at least 50MBps), your own workstation, a smartphone with data, and schedule flexibility including the possibility of weekend work when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calibrate on our educational content strategy that embodies our mission on making safety, easy.
-Work with EACH Channel’s Brand/Sales Manager toMeasure and analyze content performance, making data-driven decisions to continually refine and improve our content offerings.
-Work with EACH Channels’ Media Buy
-Work with CMO (Digital Marketing) on media buy for content.

2. Create the content strategy & content
-Lead and build a team of talented content creators, leveraging their skills to produce top-tier digital content.
-Collaborate with the creative and media buy team to ensure content is distributed effectively and reaches the intended audience with maximum impact.
-Work with creative team & on-ground installers/camera crew to execute on video or media content creation.

3. Deploy contents & work with media buy team (for prime placement)
-Placement on our sales channel (via Brand/Sales Manager)
-Placement on youtube
-Placement on social media
-Email campaign (can be as simlpe as educational content)

Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Marketing Communications, etc.).
-Experience: (1) At least 10 years of proven experience in Digital Content Marketing Experience (2) At least 3 years of Management/leadership experience (3) Proven experience in project management required.
-Scope of Control: Has control over a team’s work
-Impact: Jobs at this level have a direct impact on the performance of a team or department. These jobs typically require strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the incumbent is responsible for setting direction, motivating team members, and achieving team goals.

-Task Complexity: (1) Tasks are more complex and require some problem-solving skills. (2) There is some ambiguity or uncertainty involved in completing the tasks. (3) The tasks require more specialized skills and knowledge. (4) The tasks can be completed in a reasonable amount of time.
-Hardware Required: (1) The level of hardware required needs to be sufficient for more demanding tasks such as browsing multiple browser tabs, video editing, and graphic design. (2) The hardware requirements for this level are higher than the basic level, and a mid-range computer or laptop will be required.

Interview Process

-The interview process is all initially at your pace. We only do in-person interview in the final step. We will initially ask yes/no & numberic questions to verify your relevant experience. And then we will ask you up to 5 situation base questions to understand gauge your experience, logic & communication skills.
-After which, we might have some clarification questions for you.
-Then we will select a few applicants to do a paid trail task (we will provide actual problems / issue we face that you will try to resolve).
-Lastly, we will do a final in person interview (at this point, you would most likely have passed most of the job competency and expereince assessment and this is a job/culture fit + opportunity for you to ask/understand us better).
