Position Overview:
Everest Labs AU is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing and Performance to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing management, with proven success in optimizing performance metrics, leading teams, and driving growth through data-driven strategies. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in achieving our marketing objectives and positioning Everest Labs as a premium brand in the wellness sector.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including increasing conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend.
+ Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including specialists in affiliate marketing, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), media buying, graphic design, and customer success.
+ Analyze current marketing metrics and identify areas for improvement; prioritize and implement high-impact marketing experiments.
+ Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Google, and Meta to maximize traffic quality and minimize customer acquisition costs.
+ Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs, nurturing relationships with affiliates and influencers to drive sales and customer acquisition.
+ Enhance email marketing efforts by building and optimizing targeted email and SMS campaigns to increase customer lifetime value and revenue.
+ Improve website conversion rates through effective CRO strategies, enhancing user experience, and implementing strategic upsells.
+ Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and product launches.
+ Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials are consistent and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
+ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and optimization.
+ Proven track record of managing and leading marketing teams to achieve measurable results.
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
+ Expertise in managing paid media campaigns, including PPC, social media advertising, and display ads.
+ Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), affiliate marketing, and CRO tools.
+ Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
