Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the ecommerce operations for Rose Inc, ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience.
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
Oversee the management and optimization of the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Identify and implement improvements to the user experience, site navigation, and overall ecommerce functionality.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners to support ecommerce operations.
Ensure all ecommerce activities align with the brand’s values and objectives, including sustainability and clean beauty standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep Rose Inc at the forefront of ecommerce innovation.
Lead and mentor the ecommerce team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in ecommerce management, with specific expertise in using Shopify.
Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with UX/UI design principles and website optimization.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and sustainability.
Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing successful teams.
Time zone: 9AM-6PM PH Time
Working Hours: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week (Open for part time or full time)
Rate: $2,000/month (Negotiable)
