Bright Sport is a fast-growing eCommerce sports brand in the market with customers in the UK, USA, Sweden, and Europe, and soon in Australia and Norway. We are rapidly expanding and searching for a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as the Head of Media Buyer.

You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and identifying target audiences. You will also be responsible for supervising daily activities in the Marketing department. Furthermore, you will be assisting in planning the advertising materials and hiring your team of Facebook Media Buyers.
Besides that, you should possess extraordinary communication skills and the ability to manage time. You should also possess excellent negotiating skills and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition, you should have sound knowledge and experience working with media analytical software.

Responsibilities and requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a Sr. Facebook Media Buyer and/or as the Head of Facebook Media Buyer
Ability to research recent media trends.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management abilities.
Strong decision-making skills
Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction
Assist in the development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, etc.)
Develop and manage the execution of campaign plans
Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and designers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
Lead the hiring of the needed manpower within your department
