-Bright Sport is a fast-growing eCommerce sports brand in the market with customers in the UK, USA, Sweden, and all-around Europe. We’re aiming for a worldwide expand in 2023. That’s where you come in.

• Who you are?
-A positive minded, ambitious, results driven somebody that has a track record of scaling eCommerce products and direct response offers on Facebook profitably to over $500k spent per month.

• Who you’ll be to the company?
– Head of Media Buyer, who will manage a team of Media Buyers, and that also participates in all aspects of executing high profile and complex paid social media campaigns on networks. you are expected to lead, provide strategic recommendations, analysis, reporting, and respond to ad-hoc requests. Paid Media’s ability to target customers, create compelling and engaging ads and deliver unique performance demands detail-oriented, strategic and creative thinkers with the drive and dedication to impacting their client business and the world at large.

• Your Responsibilities
-Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction
-Assist in the development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, etc.)
-Develop and manage the execution of campaign plans
-Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions
-Oversee the quality of the content created by copywriters and de-signers to ensure that brand identity is adhered to.
-Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction
-Assist in the development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, budgeting, etc.)
-Develop and manage the execution of campaign plans

-Lead the hiring of the needed manpower within your department

• Our Requirements
-5 years of Facebook experience scaling multiple offers to over $500k in monthly spend.
-Take full ownership of our Facebook channel – you’ll proactively take responsibility for getting the video assets and pages that you need to scale from our talented team.
-Excellent numerical ability and an obsession with data – you routinely love to dig into data, spreadsheets and pull it all together to figure out the opportunities to scale and increase margin.
-Logical thinker with the creativity to get our ads and funnels to convert – we have a great copy and video team but you need to be experienced at iterating your way to success by suggesting ad, copy and funnel tweaks.
-Ability to research recent media trends
– Have great communication skills and the ability to manage time
– Have excellent negotiating skills and the ability to work in a team environment
– Have sound knowledge and experience working with media analytical software.
