Our company is actively searching for a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth who will serve as the lead Performance Marketing Specialist, directly contributing to the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital media campaigns across social, search, and display platforms. This strategic role requires a deep passion for performance marketing, a proven track record of success, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Management:
Develop, strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns directly across various platforms.
Oversee performance growth to meet our business goals and strategies.
Manage daily budgets, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to ensure adherence to allocations and desired returns.
Optimization and Insights:
Map ad formats to advertising objectives and implement a test and learn strategy to understand our audience behavior.
Plan and optimize landing page testing for improved user engagement.
Conduct A/B testing on pay-per-click text ads to create compelling and informative ad copies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.
Collaborate with our data science and marketing teams to explore data-driven ways to optimize performance.
Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.
Internal and External Presentations:
Present account reviews internally and externally to stakeholders.
Build budget recommendations and pitch decks for presentations.
Innovation and Exploration:
Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns efficiently and effectively.
Test new channels and trends to remain competitive and add value.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Marketing or a related field.
Proficient in deriving insights from data with a strong ability to analyze and interpret data.
Extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Basic technical knowledge is a plus (HTML, reading ASP, PHP code).
Knowledge and experience in retargeting/remarketing.
Experience with Amazon search (AMS) is preferred, and Google AdWords or other marketing/media platforms is a plus.
