As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leveraging free social media platforms to grow our family of content assets. Your innovative strategies and creative execution will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
** Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing plan to increase listenership, subscriptions, and engagement across our content assets.
** Create engaging and shareable content that reflects our brand’s voice and resonates with our target audience.
** Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
** Engage with our online community through thoughtful interactions and relationship-building.
** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
** Adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous growth and alignment with our brand’s goals.
Qualifications:
** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
** Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content growth, or a related role.
** Proven track record of growing content assets through innovative and cost-effective social media strategies.
** Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand growth.
** Exceptional communication and writing skills.
** Creative thinker with a passion for community engagement and brand storytelling.
** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
** Familiarity with analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Increase in podcast listenership by XX% per month.
