I am a serial entrepreneur with a growing eCommerce brand (Juice My Ride) and lofty goals including launching or acquiring additional brands, all of which will be managed under one umbrella. I also own a real estate rental portfolio and have a small back office managing different admin, financial and personal affairs.

My most urgent/important need is to hire a Director Of Operations / COO for my eCommerce brand.
Additional roles I will need to hire for are:
Digital Marketing Manager
Content Marketing Manager (content management, social media management, influencer outreach)
Amazon Growth Manager
Operations Manager

I am looking to hire a ROCKSTAR Head Of People to help accomplish the above goals.
As my companies grow, so will the people needs and your room for growth is unlimited.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Sourcing Talent (in-house): designing highly effective hiring funnels including: role success profile, job ad, screenings, scoring, interviewing, employer reference verification, hiring, etc.
• Onboarding: introduce new hires to company culture & principles, role’s functions, and KPIs, endorse all required trainings.
• Performance Optimization: keep all team members (up to 10) accountable to their KPIs and continuous work performance improvement.
• People Development: develop and oversee a continuous skills acquisition & implementation program for all team members.
• Sourcing Freelancers (contractors): designing highly effective hiring funnels including: outlining clear project needs (deliverables) and required skills, posting ads/outreach to freelances, screenings, scoring, hiring, releasing pay based on performed deliverables (you’ll be working with in house managers to establish deliverable and QA metrics per project).
• Process Documentation & Optimization: audit existing & continuously develop new company processes for optimal efficiency.
• Develop “Company’s Bible”: develop and continuously update a list of principles for optimal performance and decision-making.
• Payroll: track/audit/verify each member’s hours and release pay bi-weekly.

We don’t demand perfection but we do require maximum effort and full transparency/honesty.

Required skills:
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively, must have EXCELLENT oral and written English skills.
• Personal Skills: honest, responsible, punctual, proactive, resourceful, and positive.
• Experience: this is not an entry-level position, only apply if your experience is sufficient
• Equipment required: the position requires 2 external monitors (not a laptop screen), a fast & reliable internet, and a backup solution for power or connectivity outages.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with eCommerce/Digital Marketing brands
• Experience sourcing talent for high-level positions (COO, Digital Marketing Manager, Content Manager)
• Experience sourcing remote talent internationally using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite or similar

This job is NOT for you if:

•If you are not comfortable working during US Eastern Time Zone business hours (9AM-6PM EST).

•If you are NOT comfortable using an app that will track your monitor.

Compensation: Php 85,000 – Php 100,000 (depending on experience) per month at 40h/w, with a 5% annual bonus!
