We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Head of Linkedin Marketing to spearhead our client’s strategy and execution to further boost and solidify their presence in the platform. You will be the mastermind behind their LinkedIn blueprint, crafting a winning approach to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role is perfect for LinkedIn wizards with a passion for driving results and crave a dynamic role where one can strategize, build, and generate leads using the power and reach of LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

Build and deploy high-performing organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to crush marketing KPIs (clicks, conversions, retention).
Craft and execute data-driven LinkedIn marketing strategies to boost brand presence, engagement, and lead generation.
Become an analytics whiz by conducting analysis on overall marketing performance and developing regular reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Create compelling LinkedIn content (think eye-catching visuals and engaging copy) to captivate and expand target audience.
Collaborate closely with the Client Service Coordinator to ensure seamless marketing and client service synergy.
Transform the company website into a search engine magnet by optimizing it using SEO best practices. Boost online visibility and attract new clients.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping a pulse on industry trends and social media developments. Integrate these insights to elevate the company’s LinkedIn strategy.
Effectively communicate progress and innovative ideas to key stakeholders, align marketing efforts with the overall brand vision.
Leverage experience scaling companies to propel the company’s growth and contribute to its success story.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE solid LinkedIn ads experience.
At least two years of professional experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful LinkedIn marketing strategies.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Portfolio of previous LinkedIn marketing work and demonstrate its impact on company growth during the interview process.
Experience in copywriting and graphic design-related projects for businesses.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms for businesses.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Problem-solver, self-motivated, and outside the box thinker
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and challenges
Thrives on initiative and can perform duties even with minimal to no supervision
