As Head of Marketing, you will oversee Taxhackers’ marketing efforts across digital channels like organic and paid Facebook, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and more.
This is an opportunity to build and optimize cutting-edge campaigns that raise brand awareness and drive growth for a mission-driven startup.
Profit-sharing and ESOPs are possible after a proof-of-performance period of 6–12 months.
We help international “Digital Nomads” (except Americans) and remote workers become tax-free legally by offering a 100% Done-For-You service, taking the burden of paperwork and bureaucracy off their shoulders.
At our core, we are a Tech and Marketing company with heavy automation on the backend. Kind of a hybrid between SaaS and a productized service.
*Core Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the CEO and creative team to translate innovative branding and messaging into successful marketing campaigns and content across digital channels.
2. Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns from conception to deployment, including budgeting, creative direction, tech implementation, and performance analysis.
3. Identify and manage freelancers, agencies, and contractors to support marketing initiatives as needed.
4. Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI; present reports and recommendations to the executive team.
5. Develop effective acquisition funnels, email nurture streams, retargeting ads, and other programs to generate and convert leads.
6. Oversee the brand vision and all marketing content creation, ensuring brand consistency.
7. Continuously research market trends and industry innovations to keep ahead of the curve.
*Requirements:
1. 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably for startup brands
2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to optimizing marketing ROI
3. Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
4. Proficient in digital marketing platforms and technologies
5. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Experience in hiring freelancers and contractors using popular platforms and delegating tasks.
7. In-depth knowledge of various email marketing platforms (e.g., Email Autoresponders, Media Buying platforms, etc.) and best practices.
8. Technical knowledge and experience to scale Meta and Google Ads (TikTok and native ads are optional)
9. Familiarity with landing page and funnel optimization tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Deadline Funnel, etc.)
English level: Fluent (Our C-Level Speaks EN+GER, other key roles also speak FR+RU)
Time Zone: Ideally, Europe/Asia/Australia. CEO and most of the team is in GMT+8
