Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and own our social media presence across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, managing our influencer program, and designing engaging email campaigns to enhance our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) without the need for additional graphic design support.
Lead and expand our influencer outreach program, including negotiation and management of partnerships.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including weekly newsletters, using Klaviyo to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Monitor analytics to identify viable ideas, assess campaign success, and optimize strategy accordingly.
Collaborate closely with our Media Buyer to ensure alignment on creatives, messaging, and overall campaign strategies across platforms.
Manage and integrate marketing efforts across Shopify and Amazon to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure that marketing strategies align with company goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in the pet or health products sector.
Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create visually appealing marketing assets.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategic content creation, and brand messaging.
Skilled in using tools like Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, Social Snowball, and Google Suite.
Experience in managing and growing influencer programs, with a knack for engaging communication.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
