PMG360 is a B2B digital media and marketing services company based in the US. We are searching for an energetic and results driven Head of Marketing to drive awareness and leads for our sales team. Our diverse portfolio of digital properties spans across multiple industries, delivering engaging content and superior marketing services to our clients.

As the Head of Marketing at PMG360, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s marketing strategy and driving our brand’s presence to new heights. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our company’s growth objectives and ensures our continued success in the digital marketing industry.

**Minimum of 5 years of Marketing Executive experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, setting clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Brand Development: Drive brand awareness, consistency, and equity across all digital properties and marketing channels.

Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation efforts.

Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.

Analytics and Data-driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, optimize marketing efforts, and drive ROI.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications:

A degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with a minimum of five years of related work experience.

Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the digital media or marketing industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Innovative mindset with a passion for staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in marketing.

Experience in budget management and cost-effective marketing strategies.

Soft Skills:

Someone who is energetic, results driven and hungry to grow and succeed.
Able to learn new skills quickly.
Someone who is not afraid to ask questions.
Experience using Hub Spot CRM and Marketing Hub is a plus.
