Head Of Marketing for Role Playing Conversational AI Chatbot Game

Hi,

We are seeking an ambitious Head of Marketing.
Ideally familiar with using and or marketing products similar to Click to view and is familiar with Click to view and or the gaming scene.

Pay:
We’ll need to negotiate based on experience, but:
$6/hr to $25/ + a performance-based commission structure for hitting certain KPIs.
Hours will start off flexible as long as we are making progress.
However, that will likely change if we get traction.
We can provide you with a couple of marketing assistants, as we mostly want you to focus on strategy.

If you believe you have a skill set that can add value and are a driven problem solver but may not have enough experience for this role, we are looking for marketing assistants.

We’re hoping to launch in the next few weeks.
It will be released on Steam as a download.

We’re seeking someone with initiative who can develop a marketing campaign, an action plan, and implement it.
Someone who is a self-starter has a winning mindset and will approach this role as if they were marketing their own game.

This is a bootstrapped startup project with a small team with limited experience.
This is NOT a role for someone who likes:
*Being told what to do
*A lot of structure
*Clear directions
*A corporate work environment

Understandably this isn’t a role for most people

WE DON’T CARE IF YOU FAIL.
Failure is part of the business, but we NEED someone taking action, adjusting, learning, and moving the ball forward.
No Perfectionism!
We need someone who can prove they can add value; we need to see results, even if they aren’t great.
But if you are a go-getter and interested in a role where you can have an impact, experiment, learn, and be challenged, this could be a good fit.
